Talk through your idea

The right tool for the job

AI in the solution.
AI in the build. Or both.

ChatGPT and Codex can help in different ways. The useful question is what your business needs the finished process or product to do.

The way it works

AI that helps with a task

An assistant can interpret a question, find relevant information, summarise a document or prepare a response as part of an agreed workflow. We plan how information is supplied, what it can access and when a person should review the result.

The way it is built

Software developed with AI assistance

Codex and other development tools can support implementation, investigation and testing. The result might be an ordinary website, integration or standalone tool with no ongoing AI dependency. Jenlu remains responsible for reviewing and delivering the work.

We will recommend a straightforward automation or conventional software where that is a better fit. Existing website support, upgrades and rebuilds remain part of the same service.

Relevant work

Practical tools.
Connected processes.

These established projects show Jenlu's experience in bespoke software and integration. The same attention to business rules, useful outputs and clear handoffs guides how we approach an AI project.

Process automation · Integration

Digital contract platform

Explore the contract workflow

From conversation to useful work

Start small.
Build on what works.

You do not need a technical brief. A description of what takes too long, where work gets stuck or what you want to build is enough to begin.

  1. 01

    Understand the job

Map the task, the people involved, the systems already in place and the result that would make a difference.

  2. 02

    Agree a first version

Confirm scope, access, review points, costs and how we will judge whether the solution is useful.

  3. 03

    Build & test

Try representative examples and exceptions. Review outputs, permissions and failure handling before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Hand over a documented process, show your team how to use it and agree responsibility for ongoing care.

Clear boundaries from the start.

We agree what information can be used, which systems can be accessed and which actions need approval. Important decisions, customer communications and changes to business records can stay with your team. AI outputs are tested and reviewed; uncertainty should lead to a clear handoff.

Bespoke scope, clear costs

Know what you are building.
Know what it will cost.

A simple team workflow and a connected customer-facing assistant have different requirements. We will discuss your brief, recommend a sensible starting point and set out the costs before work begins.

Your proposal explains the responsibilities, any third-party requirements and what ongoing support includes.

Discuss scope and costs
01 Discovery & development
Understanding the process, design, implementation, integration, testing and handover.
02 AI usage & subscriptions
Any model usage, workspace licences or third-party service charges, with the expected basis explained.
03 Hosting & infrastructure
Where the solution runs and any storage, monitoring or supporting services it needs.
04 Ongoing support
The agreed maintenance, response expectations and allowance for future improvements.

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

Bring the business problem. We can help with the technical questions.

I am interested in AI but do not know where to start.

Start with one task that takes too much time or a problem you keep working around. We can review how it is handled now and discuss whether an AI assistant, a simple automation or a bespoke tool would help.

Can you work with our existing website and business tools?

That is often the best starting point. We first check the available APIs, export options, permissions and platform restrictions. We then explain what can connect, what needs a workaround and whether any existing system needs to change.

Do we need a ChatGPT subscription?

It depends on the solution. A team using ChatGPT may need suitable workspace subscriptions. A custom application may use separately billed API services, while a tool built with AI assistance may have no ongoing AI requirement. We explain the appropriate setup in the proposal.

How do you handle business information and AI mistakes?

We agree the information the solution needs, who may access it and the appropriate service settings before connecting systems. We test representative tasks and exceptions, keep review steps where needed and provide a route to a person when an answer or action is uncertain.

Can an assistant send messages or update records automatically?

It can be designed to perform agreed actions where the platform supports them. The first version can prepare drafts and recommendations for approval. Any additional autonomy is scoped explicitly, with permissions, activity records and a clear way to stop or intervene.

Can you improve something we have already built?

Yes, we can review existing websites, automations, assistants and custom software. We will assess the available access and documentation, identify what is maintainable and recommend a practical repair or improvement plan.

Will our team be able to manage the finished solution?

We agree ownership, access and handover as part of the scope. Documentation and practical training can help your team manage day-to-day work, with Jenlu support available for maintenance and further development.

How much does an AI project cost?

Projects are quoted around the brief, integration work and ongoing requirements. We separate development from AI usage, subscriptions, hosting and support so you can assess the full cost. A focused discovery or pilot can help establish the scope of a larger idea.
