01 · Risk
Technical health
Visible errors, update and maintenance risk, security signals, performance, mobile behaviour and common accessibility issues.
Website Clarity Review · From £195
A focused, human review of one business website, followed by prioritised actions in plain English. It is designed for owners who know something needs to improve but do not want to commission a rebuild blindly.
A useful decision, not an automated score
Automated tests are useful evidence, but they are not a business recommendation. Jenlu combines technical checks with a review of the customer journey and what the site needs to achieve.
01 · Risk
Visible errors, update and maintenance risk, security signals, performance, mobile behaviour and common accessibility issues.
02 · Revenue
Calls to action, forms, trust signals and avoidable friction that may be stopping suitable customers from taking the next step.
03 · Direction
A concise action summary split into urgent, important and later, with a clear fix, retain or rebuild recommendation.
Clear commercial scope
The standard review covers one brochure-style business website and includes a written priority summary plus a 30-minute findings call. Larger ecommerce, membership or multi-site reviews are scoped before work begins.
Explain the business goal and the concerns you already have.
Technical evidence and the real customer journey are assessed together.
Use the findings yourself or ask Jenlu to quote for the priority work.
Review request
Share the website address and your main concern. Jenlu will confirm whether the standard £195 scope is suitable, the delivery window and the exact price before starting.
Jenlu Limited is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the quoted review price. Review work is paid before delivery and is generally not refundable once the booking has been accepted and work has been allocated or started.
Before you request it
No. Automated checks may provide evidence, but Jenlu interprets the findings alongside the customer journey and your business context.
The review identifies and prioritises work. Implementation is separate, and Jenlu can quote for agreed priority fixes afterwards.
The review begins with the public website. If access would materially improve it, Jenlu will explain why and arrange a safer handover separately. Never send passwords in this form.
Yes. The £195 starting scope is for one brochure-style business website. Ecommerce, memberships, multiple sites or deeper technical investigation are priced before you commit.
