Domain, DNS and email support UK

Untangle the records connecting your domain, website and email.

A single DNS, nameserver or renewal change can affect several services at once. Jenlu maps who controls each layer, preserves working records and restores the correct route without treating the domain as a website-only problem.

Domain

Ownership and renewal

  • Expired or suspended domain
  • Unknown registrar or account owner
  • Nameservers changed unexpectedly
  • Transfer or verification blocked
  • Old supplier still controls access

Website and SSL

Routing failures

  • Domain points to the wrong server
  • Website works only with or without www
  • SSL warning after a migration
  • Redirect loop or parked page
  • Changes appear inconsistent by location

Business email

Delivery failures

  • Inbound email has stopped
  • Outgoing mail is rejected or filtered
  • MX records point to an old provider
  • SPF, DKIM or DMARC is incorrect
  • Website mail and staff mail conflict

Protect working services

Do not replace the whole DNS zone to fix one record.

Save the current records and note every recent change before editing. DNS changes can take time to appear and repeated changes can make the real state harder to understand.

Starting point

Map control before making the repair.

Jenlu identifies the registrar, authoritative DNS, hosting and mail provider, then confirms the smallest safe change needed to restore service.

How long do DNS changes take?

It depends on record caching, TTL values and provider behaviour. Some updates appear quickly while older answers may remain cached elsewhere for longer.

Why does the website work for some people?

Different networks may temporarily use different cached DNS answers. Local device, router and provider caches can also produce inconsistent results.

Can website changes break staff email?

Yes. Replacing nameservers or DNS zones without preserving mail records can interrupt inbound delivery and sender authentication.

Do you need every password?

No. Jenlu first identifies which provider controls the failing layer, then requests only the access necessary to investigate and make an agreed change.
